It is important to note that, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal accountability.

If you believe that your content has been unjustly removed (or access to it has been disabled), and you have authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to use the content, you can file a counter-notice with the following details to our designated Copyright Agent:

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our designated Copyright Agent may forward a copy to the original complainant, letting them know that we may restore the removed content or cease its disabling within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order against the content provider or user, we may restore the content or access to it within 10 to 14 business days or more after receiving the counter-notice, at our discretion.

Consistent with the DMCA and other relevant legislation, we have a policy of terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate situations and at our discretion. Additionally, we may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a pattern of infringement.
